Fics like Perilous Waters

"Tony should have expected Peter’s eyes to be closed but the sight still causes knots to form in his stomach. His hands tremble as he shakes Peter’s still form. 'Peter. Peter, wake up. Eyes open, kid.' The complete silence in response from the usually animated boy is enough for bile to rise in Tony’s throat. He looks around, trying to make sense of what happened. That’s when his eyes catch the slightest trail of smoke rising from the lab entry access panel." Following the events of Avengers: Endgame, Peter Parker temporarily moves into the Stark eco-compound to help Tony Stark in his recovery from the snap. The pair is left alone in the cabin for the first time when a flooded lab and a fried security system lead to a life-or-death situation.
