Fics like Teddy Bear

Charlie Lonnit had been messaging his favorite author for some time now. At first, he only sent one email telling the author about how much he loved his book, Little Hope. Charlie found the book incredibly interesting, how it delved into horror in a way that wasn’t just cheap jumpscares but instead completely psychological. The main character had faced a traumatic experience and had imagined a terrifying scenario. Charlie didn’t expect much from his little email, he only rambled a bit about how much he enjoyed the book. Perhaps the author would read it and it would make them smile. To Charlie’s surprise, an email of thanks was sent back expressing how happy it made the author to receive such kind words about his novel. While the message was exciting to receive, Charlie was mostly surprised that the author left the post with his real name. John. John What a cute name...
