Fics like To invert Yourself

Vaguely he remembered plans to slaughter his dear brother. he could almost feel the blunt end of wood against his palms, and see the slight silver tint in between his fingers. he remembered his arms inching closer and closer to his sleeping twin's throat. He never planned what he would do once the boy was dead, perhaps that's why he never killed him. Maybe he was just too weak to go through with it. ---------- This is basically my rendition of how Nightmare, and his gang comes to be. One of the biggest changes I made to the original story, is that passive Nightmare and corrupt Nightmare are the same person. Nightmare was also always kind of demented, and when he was corrupted that just majorly exemplified his pre-existing negativity based mindset.
