Fics like to be shipwrecked together

Genly awakes first thing in the morning to find Estraven already up and about. He slides out of his sleeping bag, stands up, and quickly shrinks back from the slanted ceiling of the tent, hunching his shoulders – too quickly, and he fumbles into Estraven, who takes a smooth step backward but fails to account for what is behind him. He knocks into the stove – thankfully too quickly to burn his skin through his clothes – and something falls. Two heads whip around to see what it is, four hands scramble to catch it in mid-air, to no avail. It lands, and they both get a good look at it: the pot of water that was snow and ice last night, now upturned in the worst possible place. The top of Genly’s sleeping bag is folded open, the water all over the inside.
