Fics like Chaos Subdued

incase you couldn't tell from the tags, major TW for the first few chapters if you're in recovery!! It’s a simple, effective plan he's made for himself. It's what keeps him up at night, and what keeps him grounded through life’s many changes. Frank puts in thorough detail what he’s going to eat, when he’s going to eat it, how many calories he’ll take in, how many he’ll burn. This is the process he let take over. The habit that turned obsessive and now runs rampant. It all started in ninth grade—- he innocently looked up ways to lose weight, but then fell down the endless rabbit hole called Tumblr. Now, fast forward five years, here he is, in all his glory. Frank is passed out on Ray’s basement floor after three beers. “Why?”, you may ask? Because he's anorexic and hasn't eaten a proper meal over 200 calories since God knows when, and the alcohol went straight through him.
