Fics like From What They Forbade it

A novelization of the first season of Willow (2022) but only the scenes important to Kit and Jade. Some scenes are extended, there’s also extra scenes in there. “For Kit and only Kit do I endure this agony.” In more ways than one, sometimes, Jade lets herself get hurt. Let’s Kit break her heart, lets their impossibility continually crush her, she keeps coming back. It’s like a drug, Kit’s friendship and the terrible wanting it stirs in her is addicting. Being here, watching her wed another is one agony. Swallowing down her feelings while doing so is another. And then the gown, of course, which is what he’s referring to. X “My wedding?” Kit repeats, and her voice is warbling and emotional. “Tomorrow?” It sinks in. It sinks, she sinks, she’s drowning. Jade is leaving to join the Knights of another kingdom. A kingdom on the other side of the realm. A kingdom far, far away from her.
