Fics like Guard Your Own

”Mr. Captain America, sir!” Steve stiffens. He had hoped he wouldn’t have to deal with any crazed fans whatsoever, since the snap and who did it isn’t exactly public knowledge yet. Seems he wasn’t that lucky, and the kid in front of him is not only a fan of Iron Man, but also Captain America. The kid looks rumpled, shaken. Perhaps one of the ones who just came back? He’s bruised, and there are traces of blood on his face. Steve plants his feet on the ground as the kid starts walking forward. He catches the kid with an arm as he tries to walk past. ”I wouldn’t do that if I were you, son.” The first time Steve meets Peter Parker is in a hospital.
