Fics like Heavy Lids and Lunar Lullabies

The Dreamhoppers: divine types of soulmates are granted access to their partners’ dreams. While peacefully sleeping, they will interact through these shared fantasies. Partners will initially not know these dreams are shared unless information is shared. These occurrences are seemingly arbitrary with no set time schedule or routine. However, some argue that the strength of the soulmate's emotional connection may enhance or deter the volume of these shared experiences. An unique characteristic of these events is that, unlike standard dreams where one will only be able to hazily recall certain details once awake, both parties will fully remember these dreams as if they’re genuine memories. Ricky and Gina unknowingly share dreams and everything that entails.
