Fics like Give Way To The Pedestrians!!!

Billy technically knows how to drive. I mean, he knows how to start a car and use it, but his actual skill level practically amounts to nothing and he doesn’t know a single thing about traffic laws. He’s only 12! It’s not like he grew up watching his parents drive! He also was never really interested in learning. Not to mention, his Wisdom of Solomon was practically useless as none of his predecessors ever owned a car. His lack of driving skills and traffic law knowledge became quite apparent after a certain mission, but the Justice League didn’t think it was THAT weird. After all, why drive when you can fly? But there are times when you have to be stealthy and a flying man is not inconspicuous at all, so they have taken upon themselves to teach the good Captain the rules of the road.
