Fics like A crown of love

Tommy approaches the king directly, standing right in front of him. Up close, from here, Tommy feels impossibly small. He has to tilt his head back to look up at this man, and the king stares down at him with a ghost of a smile, like he’s amused at the fact that they’re so far in terms of height. His young hands lift up a wooden box. The king stares at it with disinterest, but he takes it when Tommy shoves it forward, almost hitting it into his armor. Holding it in the palm of one hand, the king undoes the latch and lifts the lid. He pauses. Inside that box, sits a woven crown made of fresh yellow flowers. (Or, Technoblade is taking over the world, conquering kingdoms one by one, and Tommy is a young, newly crowned king who's waiting for him to arrive, with a gift of appeasement in hand.)
