Fics like to stop time in his tracks

You peak, and you’re momentarily struck wordless. There’s a man there. Maybe it’s the way he dresses, pure black robes held so formally that he reeks power. Maybe it’s the way he walks, each step pounding against the metal floor. Or maybe it’s his eyes, a piercing blue against his snowfallen skin. Either way, you are frozen in his wake. Then, he walks into his own wall, muttering about “Stupid me-shaped corridor” in a thick German accent, and you resist the urge to laugh at him (or, how to fall in love with time himself)
