Potter clears his throat to call the room to order. “Now, I’m sure you’re all aware why I’ve called you here,” he begins. “Because I keep fainting like a Victorian maiden,” Hawkeye clarifies, “in case you hadn’t heard.” “Pierce, we’re not trying to attack you, we’re just concerned.” “I’m a doctor, I can take care of myself,” Hawkeye argues. “Show of hands, who believes that?” Potter asks. Nobody raises a hand. “Traitors,” Hawkeye mutters. Or, Hawkeye develops an unexplained fainting condition. The staff of the 4077 decide it’s only fair to take turns carrying him back to the Swamp, at least until they can figure out what the problem is.
