Fics like Prey

This is set mostly in between events of Warcraft III, exploring the interim when Illidan Stormrage has first escaped to Outland and is captured by Maiev Shadowsong (before he's rescued by Kael'thas and Lady Vashj, and before his final fight with Arthas). Maiev holds Illidan in a temporary prison while she constructs a transport cage to bring her prize back to Azeroth. But even with Illidan safely bound in iron and magic, Maiev's old foe has somehow found a way to torment her mind--or so she thinks. This is a fic about toxic obsession, the fine line between love and hate, and two kind-of-terrible people who are dealing with mutual trauma and sexual frustration. There will be suffering. :P
