Fics like it sounds cooler.

based on a discord rant idea; i can picture sorsha introducing kit to jade and the moment she leaves kit grins and goes 'call me kit. its cooler.' and jade, who shouldn't get it but they get it, nods and says 'ok kit, what do you want to do today?' and it's simple and easy and soon enough it's all they would answer too aka. kit and jade growing up, falling in love, and ignoring events of canon bc i can :) the ages of the segments are how old kit is, jade is about 6 months to a year older in my head cw - dysphoria, periods, unsafe binding, broken bones they/them kit, they/she jade (also in this their both written to have adhd. :) find me on tumblr @/gay-in-space-5
