The scent is faint as he pulls his hand away and meekly smells it, finding the same muted scent that he still can’t identify. But it’s there, nonetheless. Okay, so he knows three things for certain: 3.) He’s presenting as a beta Or Riki presents as a beta, having to hide his true secondary gender from the public, all while being in love with a certain alpha that he can't have.
