Since no longer being paid disability for his injury from the latter truck after passing his recertification, Evan 'Buck' Buckley dives into his other dream of acting. Landing a starring role in is first gig. The role is about a Navy Seal, one of the reasons Buck landed the gig since he was a Seal for ten years. The Seal became a firefighter when he got back stateside, ironically enough, and it goes through one of his most dangerous calls while there. When Buck is rehired at the 118, he's not as beaten down, Eddie's words still affected him sure, but now he was just excited for the movie to come out. But he gets stuck at Athena and Bobby's house with everyone to watch it. How will they react to finding out everything Buck worked so hard to keep hidden. And what happens when he takes an offer he can't refuse and leaves L.A? Can the team convince him to come home? Or have they lost him forever?
