Fics like Sic Itur Ad Astra

Tartaglia didn't expect to die at the ripe age of twenty five. He thought he would get to live to be at least thirty. But of course in his line of work it shouldn't have been a surprise. He knew it would kill him one day, he... just hoped he would get to see his sister's eighteen birthday. Ajax promised her to be there after all. „I'm sorry, little sister, it seems I can't fulfil my promise this time." He whispered into the starfilled night as the sounds of battle raged on around him. His thoughts wandered to golden eyes and reserved smiles. His mind searching for comfort in his last moments, instinctively reaching out to warmth filled evenings. To get away from the spear lodged in his chest. Wouldn't it be nice to see him smile one more time? Was Ajax's last thought before he lost himself. Yes, yes it would. ----------------------------- Tartaglia didn't expect to die, but what he didn't expect more was to wake up again in familiar land, thousands of years in the past. Just what the hell was going on?! or Istaroth decided to fix the timeline a certain harbinger and a certain god broke, but as always it got out of hand leading to unpredictable disasters and unexpected meetings.
