Fics like blinding lights

“Listen, love, you’re not going to be happy about this, but the press is going to love it.” Narcissa, Regulus’s agent as well as cousin, says through the phone. “That’s a great start to the conversation.” Regulus retorts. “Oh, hush. So, the musical coordinator has been talking to your brother recently…” “No. No. Absolutely not.” Regulus immediately shuts down. “Reggie, listen. Your new movie is so highly anticipated that having The Marauders write a song specifically for it? Everyone will go wild.” “I don’t care. I don’t want it.” “Well, it’s not actually up to you. I’m only telling you as a nicety. The Marauders have already agreed.” or, Regulus is the highest-paid actor of his generation, and when his brother's band agrees to write a song for his film, the brothers are forced to speak to each other again after seven years.
