Fics like A house, A home

Robbie had his life figured out. Well, kind of; he was working on it. Low effort, great success, more or less. One misstep in his plan, and six months went down the drain when a girl wrapped in pink waltzed into his apartment complex. Bringing a whole can of worms and an unwanted handyman with her. When Sportacus got a curious call from the building where he hadn't set foot in six months, he found himself excited beyond measure; his glee didn't falter even when his arrival only ruffled the grumpy doorman's feathers. - Or the one where Robbie is a doorman in the LazyPlaza apartment complex, and Sportacus is the handyman he evaded for six full months, and now Stephanie just kicked all that up.
