Fics like Smiling Child - Book 2: My Friend Mangle

What if William Afton walked in on the bullies and stopped the Bite of '83 from ever happening? Welcome to the Smiling Child AU, where Evan Afton never died and Michael Afton never experienced a life-altering tragedy that changed him for the better. Friendless and constantly tormented by his older brother, Evan Afton happen to develop an unlikely, but lifelong friendship with a broken animatronic known as the Mangle. Their friendship will forever change both of their fates, and that of the entire world. This is a prequel to the Smiling Child AU and can be read as a separate story if desired, but contains spoilers for Book 1.
