Fics like Changes

But it was his sister who really caught his eye. Gone was the little girl who spent days holed up in her lab in sweatpants and jumpsuits. Before him stood a different woman. She wore a long, white dress adorned with green and purple jade. Her hair, which had grown, was braided upwards with more jade and ivory adornments. Like the man next to her, she wore vibranium cuffs on her forearms and a tube of purple jade bore through her septum. What was most shocking, however, was the clear swell of her belly in the white dress. “Shuri, I…” T’Challa said softly, but could not finish his sentence. ------ 5 years after The Snap, the blipped returned to a world that had moved forward in their absence. For King T'Challa, the most shocking change was his sister.
