He leans against the doorway and tips his head to the side. It’s almost coy, and he knows Akechi can feel the confidence bubbling back up, because the guy’s brows pinch in consternation as he resists looking back over at Akira directly. “Are you replacing Morgana?” Akira asks and delights when Akechi’s shoulders stiffen. “You know, he’s always telling me to sleep and all. But if you’re really going to commit to the bit, you should probably sleep on my chest.” Akechi’s tie is unceremoniously chucked at a laughing Akira. “Goodnight, Kurusu,” Akechi grounds out as Akira ducks out of the room. In which Akechi Goro takes refuge in Akira's hometown after the events of the game. Or, Akechi learns how to live in the country, do dishes, and open his heart to someone for the first time.
