Fics like Rumours

In this day and age, Magical girls aren't talked about, as everyone believes it's all fiction. But all of a sudden, it started to resurface as a rumour. So, how it works? If the rumour that the girl has gone through is true, she would make a wish and become a magical girl to either boost her popularity through the rumour or to clear their name from the negative rumour. If it's false, though as rare as it sounds, the magical girl would have their wish granted but won't be as popular. That's what they say anyway. So what happens when a boy becomes a magical girl? Who knows? It would happen. (Disclaimer in the prologue)
