Fics like Tokyo Traffic

The kumohami did not like smog. It thickened the water vapor and slowed down the rate at which the mushi could absorb cloud. Sometimes they became trapped and found it difficult to untangle themselves from the sea of smoke-sick haze. On long windless days they drifted like balls of dandelion fluff, torn from their roots and slowly disintegrating, whenever Ginko raised his eyes towards the cityscape. Or: the one where Ginko's journey is a road-trip.
