Fics like This is Our Place, We Make the Call

"I think if we want to have this magical chill vibe that Darcy is so keen on we should set some boundaries. So I've got a rule. No hooking up with your housemates" Was it Charlie's imagination or did Nick glance at him when Tao said that? ...... or After a lonely experience at secondary school, Charlie is hoping to find a fresh start at uni. What he hadn't banked on was falling hard and fast for one of his housemates. Even if Nick somehow likes him back, is being together worth the risk of possibly messing up the dynamic of their new friend group? Living with a crush is one thing, but actually getting the chance to be with them? Another story. University AU where the whole gang is randomly assigned as housemates at uni.
