Once, the Medicine Bow Mountains in the middle of Rocky Mountain territory in Colorado’s lands were a paradise for Danielle, and before that, it was her ranch in Boulder, Colorado. Her sanctuary was the native land around her as well as her parents and grandfather, and as time goes on, her powers bring in many changes with one thing always staying the same: She is Danielle Moonstar—the Cheyenne granddaughter of the amazing Chieftan Black Eagle—and a hero that will always spread a vision of a peaceful future, with or without psionics. (Or, a character study of Danielle Moonstar/Mirage, from her first appearance to her role in Krakoa, with a few tiny add-ons and divergences here and there.)
