Fics like I'm cold but you light the fire within me

“C’mon, Cap, there’s gotta be someone else. Send anyone else,” Buck pleaded, adding in a hasty, “Please,” as an afterthought. “I can’t, Buck. It’s your turn this month.” “But…I wanna be out there with you, being useful, not stuck giving a lecture to some bored out of their minds teenagers.” “Then don’t make it boring,” Bobby said with a reassuring smile, giving Buck’s shoulder a firm squeeze as he walked towards the stairs. Buck groaned and sulked the whole way to the locker room. Tomorrow was going to suck. Teenagers were the worst! At least little kids were interested, their eyes glowing and growing round with each piece of gear he pulled out. They asked questions and made it fun. Teenagers just sat there and stared miserably off into the distance…or slept, or doodled, or found some other way to not pay attention and prove to him that he was wasting his time. Career Day was the fucking worst! --- Or, Buck shows up for Career Day at Eddie's school, and both of them struggle to rein in their attraction.
