Fics like storm in the skies, fire in the trees

Essek’s figure fits into the landscape of his nightmares with sickening ease. Purple robes press against the tall wooden back of the chair, the silk crushed where the leather straps pull tightly against shoulders; elbows; those delicate wrists. His frame looks small, slumped, a twisted dreamscape parody of fantasies in which the sleek line of a mantle is stripped down to bare soft curves of shoulders and throat. Yes, he is here, of course he would end here, spun into the sticky web of your past. And you were the one who tripped the wire. ---------- Whumptober prompt: No. 22 PICK YOUR POISON Toxic | Withdrawal | Allergic Reaction
