Fics like no other shade of blue but you

All roads lead to Neil McCormick. One boy in the embrace of another, both seemingly shattered beyond repair yet held together by some bloodied form of kintsugi, carrying their every fracture for the world to see on the surface of their skin. Brian partly thinks that blood ties them together like a neat little ribbon— it had then, in that blue, blue memory. It did the night of Christmas Eve, when his blood covered the palms of Neil’s hands as the other boy held him with not a single word, only some cruel shared sympathy.
