Fics like The Faraway Event

After four long years, Sunny manages to help piece back and rekindle his childhood friend group. The only one missing was Basil, who has been horribly sick over the course of Sunny's last few days in Faraway. A world-changing event threatens to break it all apart. Will the group be able to survive? - Divergence of canon from "One Day Left" where it coincides with the "Knox Event" zombie outbreak from Project Zomboid.
