Fics like The Exception, Not the Rule

… It wasn’t as if he’d forgotten that Naruto was an omega. It was a fact of life— like fire burning hot and the sun setting in the west. It had never mattered the same way none of their classmates secondary genders had ever mattered. Before Sasuke had left, they’d all been too young to have to deal with the grimmer aspects of puberty— heats and ruts and the messiness of pheromones. So why does hearing— thinking about Naruto’s heat feel like a punch in the gut all of a sudden? Written for six SNS Month 2022 prompts, connected into one story. Tags updated and finalized with final chapter. Summary to be updated later-ish.
