As one of Ms. Potts’ secondary executive assistants, it was Daren Anderson’s job to shepherd Mr. Stark around today. Ms. Potts was out of the country for several days, but they really needed a CEO presence at several things today, so Daren was supposed to try to convince him to be at each event. Maybe even on time. Apparently he wasn’t the only “tag along” today. Mr. Stark was followed out of the elevator by a teenager. A young-looking one. Since he had a head injury that prompted observation for 24 hours, Peter ends up having to shadow Tony as he attends to some SI business. It happens to be "Family Day," and lots of people are confused about the relationship between Mr. Stark and the kid he brought with him. Part of the post-Homecoming series "Strands in the Rope," which attempts to show how Tony and Peter's relationship might have developed between Homecoming and Infinity War, but can stand alone, also.
