Fics like Manacles

When Captain John Watson's M.A.S.H. unit is attacked, his status as an Omega is quickly discovered. Forced to watch his comrades killed, he's taken to a secure facility where he is quickly put to work serving the local Alphas. Weeks go by without sign of rescue, and just as John begins to feel his resistance fading, a stranger in a long dark coat shows up and secures his freedom. But did the man calling himself Sherlock Holmes find him soon enough? Will John be able to recover from weeks of abuse at the hand of his captors?
