Fics like Wouldn't it be mine

His words meant nothing. He was nothing to them. They lifted their heads again, and all they saw was Tommy. All they saw was a life that could save everybody else. So Wilbur fought. He screamed and kicked and tried to keep Tommy in his arms, but he was sorely outnumbered, and he came into this place thinking he would finally be able to rest. He was tired. He wasn’t enough. They took Tommy. (Or, Wilbur and Tommy go into a town thinking they'll find safety. After Tommy is found out to be immune, he's immediately used to try and find a cure, and Wilbur is locked up to prevent any problems. All seems pretty unpog, until a new survivor group rolls around hearing about some youngins in a town nearby, and they don't take kindly to that sort of mistreatment towards the boys...)
