Fics like What If... vampires!?

Ok, but hear me out. What if the Winter Soldier is a brain-washed, tortured, sire-bonded, touch-starved vampire? I cant remember why this question entered my head, but by the Gods, it's here to stay. And anyway, stranger things have happened in the Marvel multiverse. It's set after Captain America: The Winter Soldier and is not compliant with anything after that. Loosely based around events of Avengers: Age of Ultron and Captain America: Civil War.
