Fics like The Stray Passenger

Against their better judgement, a dangerous supply run takes Rick's group out of Alexandria and back to the prison they had called home. Prepared for almost anything, Rick makes the unexpected decision to help a lone survivor he comes across, but he's not prepared for the lasting impact this stranger will have on his life. For the first time since before the outbreak, he finds himself connecting with a complete stranger, contemplating the forgotten idea of falling in love. They departed Alexandria to look for supplies and closure...but Rick returned with something else entirely. Set post season 5, episode 13 Forget. NC17 in later chapters. Slow burn. May take an AU plot twist. No Lori bashing. Warning - Stuff and Things may ensue.
