But she knows that it will work. Knows how she responds to the three little words that Kara never quite says. Knows she will never be the same again and she’s counting on it. “I come harder when you lie to me.” A slight pause. A stutter of her hips. A singular moment made up from memories of countless others, lighting up one by one in a vivid array of color where the past five months have been black and white. And Kara whispers the words in her ear like it’s the one thing she’s been waiting to say her whole life. “I love you. Rao, I love you.” Or - Upon learning that her best friend has been deceiving her for years, Lena offers an ultimatum for forgiveness. Kara is willing to do anything she asks in order to salvage what they had - but it takes them both down a path they never could have prepared themselves for. Just how far is Kara willing to go for love?
