Fics like Cutting Branches on the Olive Tree

Hachiko Highschool wasn't a bad school, and Olive wasn't what one would call a bad dog. No, they were a very very good dog, but it's just a fact of life that sometimes, good people suffer for other’s misdeeds. It was only sheer luck and quick thinking that prevented Olive's initial death, in the surprise slaughter of all the dogs in Hachiko High School. And, when all was left in silence, they decided the best thing to do was to find someone to die alongside. However, instead of finding a friend or perhaps a special someone. It was to their surprise to find a black cat in the basement... One that was responsible for the death of their classmates, And who unfortunately added them to an already large list of victims. So, then... "W-why am I a-alive...?"
