Seungmin is set to leave in an hour when the infuriating governor finds him again. “General Kim!” the unwelcomed voice rings out and Seungmin wonders why the horses couldn’t be ready an hour earlier. “What is it now…” Seungmin grumbles to himself as he turns to face the man. “I come bearing a gift, to send you off for your long journey and as thanks for sparing out town.” The man says, beckoning another young man forward. Seungmin frowns. Neither of them are carrying anything. “This,” The governor announces as he ushers the man forward. “Is our most prized omega. I’m sure he will serve you well.” Seungmin stares at him, stupefied for several seconds. And then he begins to feel anger simmer and rise. “...you’re giving me an omega?” Seungmin finally repeats slowly. - When a town offers General Seungmin an omega as a token of thanks, the only thing Seungmin can think about is that he can't leave this young man in a town that treats him like an object.
