Fics like Aran Company

Things were simple as Fox saw them now that the Coruscant Guard was kicked out to make room for natborns that were less painful for the frankly clone-phobic populace to see: 1 - No one wanted the Guard to join the 501st. 2 - No one wanted the ex-Coruscant Guard anywhere actually 3 - The feeling was mutual. Unfortunately, orders were orders, and it was General Skywalker who had the dubious honour of taking them in to make them "decent, integrated clones," or some shit like that. Until they all die killed by droids, that is. And again, he had only accepted on insistence – read "quasi-harassment" – of Senator Amidala. What a wonderful direction their life was taking... Fortunately, he still had his brothers.
