Fics like that was then, this is now (or, the karma blues)

Did somebody say “monkees fan fiction in the style of Rosencrantz and guildenstern are dead?” Well, look no further. Find within: A story about Michael and Peter being in cahoots. “A gray room in a Cincinnati police station, empty except for some benches along the walls, and two Monkees, WOOL HAT and DIMPLES. DIMPLES Technically, it’s just “Dimple,” you know. WOOL HAT I would like to inform my public that I don’t actually wear wool hats. DIMPLE You did when I met you. WOOL HAT That was then. This is now. DIMPLE Or, the karma blues. WOOL HAT What did you say? DIMPLE Nothing, Michael. MICHAEL Groovy. Hell is other people.”
