Probably from the heat. “It’s hot out,” Will whined just at that moment, his voice grating on Nick’s suddenly sensitive ears. “Good observation,” he replied sarcastically, not bothering to look up. But it was hot out, much hotter than it had been a moment ago. He fanned himself with his shirt, trying to cool himself down a bit. It was a weird, almost unnatural type of heat, creeping up his neck and — uh — and also down his body, too. That was. Weird. ~ Nick and Will come across some flowers that bring out some... unspoken feelings.
