Fics like Lavender & Oatmilk

Nick and Charlie never got close in school, and Nick's rugby career ended before it started from an injury so he takes up baking as a hobby instead. Now ten years later, he's opening up a coffee shop and bakery. He puts out an ad for help to run his business when his longest and biggest crush, Charlie shows up. Elle tells Charlie that Nick Nelson is opening up a bake shop and needs help with the coffee and business side of things. Charlie thinks it'd be harmless to check it out, he needs a job after all, and there's no way his crush on Nick would still be there a full decade later, right?...right? Mutual pining, too many longing looks and stares, alternating POV.
