Fics like Whiplash

Getting booted from a plane twice within a month really was not in Maverick's best interest, and Rooster needs to come to terms with his godfather's recklessness before the fear of losing him sends them both into a flat spin. Heads up, Iceman is not dead in this, I don't care what the movie says, Maverick can't lose any more friends, and canon is being adjusted. Also big thank you to @like_islands here on Ao3 for your script, it's amazing!
