Fics like Bad whiskey and memorable things

"Well, I thought since we are all here, we could have a drink for the old man." Hangman began, and then looked at Ice. "And maybe tell a few stories about him. I thought maybe everyone can tell us the first time they saw him and a memorable thing he did? Seems like the respectful thing to do, but I feel like most of the stories can't be told at a funeral." "Damm right they can't," mumbled Fanboy. "That's a very fun way of getting me to tell you how I know Mav," mused Ice. "I'm in." OR They think Mav is dead. So drinking at Rooster's room sounds like the right thing to do.
