Fics like Marry You (Someday)

His boyfriend was staring at him, eyes shining in the dark. He could barely keep his eyes open just moments ago, and now he was…having a staring contest? Or something? Eventually, Charlie asked “What?” with a short giggle, his blunt nails grazing lightly across Nick’s bare arm. The smile on Nick’s face only grew wider. “I’m gonna marry you someday.” The sentence took Charlie’s breath away, not just because that was the last thing he had expected to come out of Nick’s mouth on a random Saturday evening in February, but also because he wholeheartedly believed he was being genuine.
