Fics like City of Dogs

When a hero killer with a brutal tactic attempts their first strike in Stern Bild, Kotetsu and Barnaby must learn to live with one another in the immediate aftermath of the incident, and multiple hero agencies are sent scrambling for answers with the killer still at large. Apollon Media certainly didn’t need another major scandal this year. (Exploring the lead-up to Season 2)
