"They die." After being diagnosed with hanahaki, Naruto goes on a mission to find Sasuke and confess his feelings to try and cure the disease, as the only other option is a surgery that would render him incapable of loving anyone. The mission fails and a weakened Naruto is captured by Danzo and forced to get the surgery so the village doesn't lose a valuable asset. What will Sasuke do when he finds out Naruto's love was taken from him, and what will he do to fix it?
