Fics like Fateful Summer

During his sixteenth summer, Jensen travels to Devonshire to stay with his aunt and uncle, so he can experience pack life. There he meets Jared Padalecki, the pack alpha’s son, the alpha who catches Jensen’s eye. They quickly become friends with that friendship blossoming into something neither expected until events pull them apart, resulting in Jensen being hurt and left broken and possibly beyond repair. Years later, Jensen returns to the pack lands and discovers that fate isn’t quite done with him or Jared. Can Jensen let go of the hurt he’s been carrying around for ten years? Can Jared reconnect with Jensen, the omega he still can’t get out of his mind? They say that time heals all wounds but can it mend broken hearts?
