Fics like big love, small moments

Forgetting her earlier statement to Gabriel, that they should just wait, Andrea can’t help but ask, “Carlitos, what’s wrong?” He spins, the vase in question held in his hands, eyes wide. “What? Nothing,” Carlos says quickly. “Nothing’s wrong!” TK bites his lip, nibbles on it really, as he looks at Carlos before his hand comes up to cover his smile. Andrea watches as they have a silent conversation that she can’t track. This intimate side of Carlos has become more customary in the year since they’ve known TK, but she mourns the years they lost not knowing the entirety of their son. Things happen for a reason though. Andrea hasn’t doubted for a second the love Carlos and TK hold for each other. She couldn’t have asked for better for him. “Mijo, you’re worrying your mother.” or Andrea and Gabriel arrive at the loft for a relatively impromptu brunch. Conversations are had. A 3.18 Coda.
